Here’s what you need to do…

Samples
1. Send up to 12 of your best portfolio samples (file format JPG, PNG, GIF, FLV, MOV / file size < than 2MB).
2. You can include a brief 1-2 sentence description for each sample.
3. Label each file with your last name / first inital / file name. It should look like this "smithj_waterparkflyer.jpg". The file name would be listed as "Water Park Flyer" on the website.

Profile
1. Tell us about yourself…who you are and what you do. Include the following information below with your samples. Simply copy and paste the list below in your email so you don’t forget anything.

• Full Name
• Email
• Website (if applicable)
• College / University
• Degree / Major
• Grad date / Level
• Title (graphic designer, web designer, etc)
• Specialty (illustration, print, typography, web, etc)
• Technical Skills
• Briefly describe your artistic style
• Career goals
• Interested in freelance work while in school?

4. If you have a website make sure to include that information with your profile so that we can add a link. Of course this means you will reciprocate by adding a link to The Design Showcase on your website…right?  It’s only fair.

5. Remember this site is about showcasing fresh new talent so we do closely review all samples/profiles submitted.  Make sure your submissions are good quality and professional or we can’t post it.
